Payment

We accept credit card and e-check payment via PayPal. PayPal is a secure online payment system. We are a PayPal Verified Seller

All credit card transactions are processed through PayPal, which maintains total confidentiality of
your payment information. Your billing information is collected maintained and secured by Paypal.
We do not have access nor store any credit card information from Paypal online purchases.

Sales Tax

California residents will be charged an additional sales tax of 8.25%

Shipping

All retail orders are shipped via USPS, in the United States and Canada only at this time.
Most of the orders ship within 7 business days. Please allow 1-10 business for delivery.

Returns/Exchanges Policy

We accept returns and exchanges of damaged items ONLY with the following conditions:

• The product is still with the original packaging and has not been used.
• Order number and order details must accompanied the product.
• Exchanges must be made within 15 days of the date of purchase.
• We will require proof of damage with a photo either by e-mail or snail mail.
• We do not accept any other returns or exchanges for other reasons.
